Our Products and Services

     We offer Quality, Brand name equipment, such as : Janitrol, Amana, and Bryant replacement units and systems.

     Set up an appointment before it turns into a service call by having your system cleaned and checked in the Spring, and in the Fall.

     We run checkup specials from March-May for Airconditioning systems, and from September-November for Heating systems.

     For the Spring season check, we will check for proper operation of all Cooling  components, clean evaporator coil, Condenser coil, lubricate contactor, and fan motors. Check refrigerant level, leak-check if the refrigerant level is found low, and put algae consuming tablets in the drain system for a trouble-free summer time operation.

     For the fall check we will check for proper operation of all Heating components,

Check electrical connections inside of heater, Check heating sequence operation, check amp draw of heating elements ( Electric Heat units ), Check operation of Gas valve, combustion motor, Ignition of gas flame, check for carbon monoxide leaks/Cracks in heat exchanger Gas heat units ),  Lubricate blower motor,and check thermostat operation and calibration for a trouble-free winter time operation.
